Home Improvement, Patio Covers and Exterior Structures
This Patio Cover is an original design. It is constructed of
cedar and pine. The posts are cedar and mounted directly to the
concrete patio. The rafters are of 2x6 construction and are showing as
requested for this cover. It has been painted to match the house and
has a composite shingle roof that matches the house roof. Hardie board
and cedar posts were chosen for all the exterior trim for durability.
The size of this patio is 24 feet wide x 16 feet deep x 12 feet tall
(highest point) to 9 feet tall. I can use any material requested and

This painted patio was a new endeavor. It was a less expensive
option to update an enclosed patio. Photos do not show how this
project actually began. Initially this patio was covered with outdoor
carpet. This patio could have been tiled or covered with linoleum.
However, painting was an inexpensive and practical option for this customer.
As you can see there is quite a change in the patio from unpainted to
painted. There are many colors available today and the turnaround time

I have decided to branch out a little and over services I've been reluctant
to provide. In 2009 I had the opportunity to expand and do a little
home improvement for a couple of local customers. These were basically
outdoor projects, but I am willing to do other types of work.
